Rates start at $44 per night and vary depending on the accommodation type, site location, and time of year. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time for campsites is 2:00 PM and check-out is 1:00 PM. For cabins and RV rentals, check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. The minimum check-in age is 21 years old. For late arrival arrangements, please contact us at 603-968-9000.
Are pets allowed at the campground?
Yes, Adventure Bound New Hampshire is a pet-friendly campground. Friendly pets with current vaccinations are welcome and must be kept on a leash at all times. Several of our cabin types, including deluxe cabins, large efficiency cabins, and rustic cabins, also offer pet-friendly units.
What amenities does the pool area include?
Our pool area features a heated swimming pool with inflatable water slides, including the thrilling 42-foot Blue Crush slide. There is also a splash pad area designed for younger children. The pool is open daily during the summer camping season and is free for all registered guests.
What is the Adventure Bound Express Train?
The Adventure Bound Express Train is a fun ride that takes guests on a scenic tour around the campground. It runs daily during the camping season and is a favorite activity for kids and families. The train ride is included with your stay at no extra charge.
Where is Adventure Bound New Hampshire located?
We are located at 35 Jellystone Park, New Hampton, NH 03256, in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. The campground is conveniently located off I-93, approximately 2 hours from Boston, 1 hour from Manchester, and 45 minutes from Concord. We are near Squam Lake, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the White Mountains.
Is there river access at the campground?
Yes, our campground sits along the Pemigewasset River. Guests can access the river for swimming, floating, and tubing right from the resort. The Pemigewasset is often called nature's original lazy river and provides a relaxing way to cool off and enjoy the outdoors.
Does the campground offer seasonal camping?
Yes, we offer a seasonal camping program with many benefits, including no towing, free use of the pool and water features, seasonal guest passes for friends and family, winter storage, free cable, a 15% snack bar discount, a 15% golf cart rental discount, early campground access, permitted site customization, a welcome package, and a year-end seasonal party. Is winter RV storage available?
Yes, winter RV storage is available starting at $300 for the entire off-season. Storage runs from the day after the current season ends to the day before the next season begins. RV insurance is required during the storage period. Learn more about winter storage.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. If you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, you receive a cash refund less a $25 cancellation fee or a full refund in resort credit. Cancellations made by 6 PM at least 14 days before arrival receive resort credit equal to the reservation value. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are fully forfeited. No credit or refunds are given due to weather.
Are there Halloween events at the campground?
Yes, we host Halloween Weekends with trick-or-treating through the campground, costume contests with prizes for both kids and adults, pumpkin decorating, and site decorating competitions. These themed weekends are one of our most popular family traditions. View Halloween Weekend details.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult after 10:00 PM. We ask all guests to drive slowly and watch for children throughout the campground.
Can I bring my own firewood?
New Hampshire state law prohibits bringing firewood from out of state to prevent the spread of invasive pests. Only local firewood may be brought into the campground. Dry firewood is also available for purchase at our general store.
What nearby attractions are close to the campground?
Adventure Bound New Hampshire is near many popular attractions. Squam Lake, where the classic film On Golden Pond was filmed, is just minutes away. Lake Winnipesaukee is a short drive for boating and lakeside dining. Other nearby attractions include the White Mountains, Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and Polar Caves Park. The Lakes Region offers over 200 lakes for boating, swimming, and fishing.
