Family Camping in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire
Pull off I-93 just north of New Hampton, drive past the Pemigewasset River, and roll up to a cabin that's already set up and waiting. Inside, the beds are made for naps, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, and the air conditioning is humming. Outside your door, kids are running between the pool and the splash pad. Older ones are climbing into the Adventure Bound Express Train for a lap around the campground.
By afternoon you're floating the Pemigewasset — the river that runs along the property — drifting past pine trees while the kids laugh and the tubes bump. By evening you're back at your site, fire going, marshmallows toasting, hot tub steaming nearby. The Lakes Region opens up from here: Squam Lake (where the classic film On Golden Pond was filmed) is just minutes away, Lake Winnipesaukee is a short drive, and the White Mountains, Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and Polar Caves Park are all nearby attractions worth a day trip.
Adventure Bound New Hampshire is family camping in the Lakes Region without the hassle of bringing the gear. Pick a cabin or an RV rental, click the dates, and our online booking system will show you exactly what you save — up to 50% on eligible nights this summer.

What Makes Adventure Bound New Hampshire Special
It's the Pemigewasset River running right along the property. Guests can step off their site, climb into a tube, and float — kids and parents both — down what we call nature's original lazy river. The river is the heart of the property and central to the way families spend their days here, especially in the warmer months.
It's the location at the gateway to the Lakes Region. Squam Lake is just minutes from the resort, Lake Winnipesaukee is a short drive, and the White Mountains, Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and Polar Caves Park are all within reach. Most family campgrounds in New Hampshire give you one of those. Adventure Bound NH puts the whole Lakes Region within day-trip range.
And it's the on-site activity stack — the pool, the splash pad for the little ones, the inflatable waterslides, the Adventure Bound Express Train looping the property, the hot tub, GaGa Ball, basketball and volleyball courts, the Mining (Cold River) attraction, and the Adventure Buddies mascot wandering the campground. Halloween Weekends in the fall layer on trick-or-treating, costume contests, pumpkin decorating, and site decorating competitions — one of the most popular family traditions in our portfolio.
